The customer of Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme has the possibility of contracting 2 types of shipping, according to their needs:

Peninsula transport: the delivery time at the indicated address will depend on the type of product that has been purchased, with the terms of 5 to 8 weeks, depending on the destination population in which you are.

Free Peninsula Transport: if the order exceeds 150 $ you can choose this shipping time if you wish. This transport has a delivery time, which may vary from 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the population in which you are.

Pick up in store: if you want to pick up your order in our store, you can do it without problems, we will notify you when we have it ready so you can come and pick it up.

Depending on the weight and volume of the order and availability, the shipment will be made by the express courier companies Correos Express, TNT, being the power of Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme to choose one or the other company, this will depend on the weight of the order to be made.

Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme only accepts orders from Spain, more specifically from the Peninsula, being outside our shipping area the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

With some exceptions, orders placed during the day are processed during the same day, being collected by the transport company the same day in which the factory notifies us that we can pick it up. From the collection of your order by the transport company, it is when you have to have the delivery time depending on the destination area and the contracted company, it will be one term or another.


The transport company makes the delivery according to the route and schedule they have designed, so, if you have any preference for the delivery to be made in the morning or afternoon or if you need the carrier to call you to specify a delivery time, you can indicate it in the comment of the order and we will take it into account when processing your order.

Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme can process an order Express, with the company TNT, as long as that material is in stock at the factory, This can be done as long as we have time to process the shipment.

If the order is urgent, before placing your order contact us, this service may have an added cost to the amount that appears on our website.

The delivery of the package will be at the address you have indicated when placing your order, or failing that, you can pick it up at the nearest transport company's agency. With the companies Correos Express and TNT being shipments of lower weight, the delivery will be made in the place that you indicate, being able to be a flat, a local, a ship, etc. Check that the shipping address and phone number you have given us are correct. If after placing the order, you realize that you have put the wrong address or telephone number, contact us by e-mail at, or by phone at 682.361.676 to rectify it.

If the shipping address is unknown and the package is returned to our facilities, Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme will proceed to cancel the order, and then we will pay the amount of the invoice and pass on the transport costs incurred, both outbound and return.

Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme will not deliver orders in PO boxes

Shipping costs are paid by the customer, these will be specified during the order process. All products will be shipped with the mandatory transport insurance.

Once the payment of your order has been accepted, Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme will send you an e-mail, informing you that your order has been processed correctly, in which we will include the pdf invoice in  attachments, then we will proceed to request the transport company to collect your order, it is at this moment when you will receive an email in which we will indicate the company that will make the shipment and the code of tracking, so that you can follow your shipment comfortably through the website of the transport company, this will happen with Correos Express and with TNT.

When making your purchase, you are agreeing a delivery at the address you indicate, but if at the time of delivery you are absent for any reason, Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme Cocinas y Baños will make two more delivery attempts of the order:

The first attempt will be on the day and time slot of the normal delivery of the carrier.

Before making the second attempt, Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme  will contact you either by email or by calling the telephone number you have left us as a contact, and we will indicate the incident with your order in order to agree on a new delivery.

In the event that after 7 days since the Order is available for delivery and has not been collected for reasons not attributable to Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme Kitchens and Bathrooms, it will be understood that the BUYER wishes to withdraw from the Contract leaving Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme Kitchens and Bathrooms exempt from any responsibility, therefore, we will order our transport company so that the order is returned to our warehouses and we will make The return of the order, without discounting the shipping costs and adding the expenses caused by the return to our warehouses


When your order arrives, check the contents of the package in front of the carrier to make sure everything has arrived correctly. If you see imperfections such as breakage in the box, in the material, scratches, etc. you must write it down in the receipt of the carrier, so that the transport company is recorded, it will take you only one minute, otherwise, Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme will not accept any type of claim after the first 24 hours from the delivery of your order. Do not forget to have a copy of the delivery note where you have noted the incident to the carrier, take a photo in which you can read the reason correctly and send it to us.

return & exchange policy

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Law, the customer has the Right of Withdrawal, by virtue of which he may return the product received if he finds that it does not meet his expectations.

The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be carried out within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from its receipt. In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and be in the original packaging, in case the packaging has a seal, it cannot have been unsealed or cut, it must be taken into account that a product that has been removed from its original packaging can not be sold again as a new product (furniture,  screens, appliances) in case of wanting to return a product with the packaging in poor condition, and always with the consent of Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme Kitchens and Bathrooms, a depreciation of 15% will be applied on the total product to be sold, due to the problems involved in putting a product back on sale with the packaging in poor condition.


The refund of the amount of the purchase will be made once the condition of the merchandise has been checked and as we have previously commented its packaging, through the same means of payment used by the buyer and, in any case, in a maximum of 7 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the withdrawal request,  as long as it is Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme Cocinas y Baños who manages the collection of the article. In the event that the buyer returns the item through a transport company of his choice, the period of 7 days will begin to compute from when Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme Cocinas y Baños has effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, failing that, from the receipt of the article.

The return costs derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be borne by the buyer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme Cocinas y Baños, with address Avinguda de la Republica Argentina 35, Barcelona 08023, telephone 682361676 and email address, of your decision to withdraw from the purchase made, through an unequivocal statement, by letter sent by post, fax or email. In case the products do not arrive in perfect condition Kitchen Iberica Interiorisme Cocinas y Baños reserves the right to pay a lower amount for your order.
