• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in intact packaging.
• Custom-made products are not eligible for withdrawal, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• If the product has been used, it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
💰 Return costs:
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or there was an order error.

6️⃣ Order Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellations or changes are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

• For custom-made products, cancellations are not accepted once the manufacturing process has started.
