• Custom-made products are not eligible for withdrawal, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• If the product has been used, it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or there was an order error.

• For custom-made products, cancellations are not accepted once the manufacturing process has started.
